M. Night Shyamalan, the director of The Sixth Sense and Signs, among others, will make a ten-part psychological thriller series for Apple.
Shyamalan will write, produce, and also direct the first episode of the still untitled series, reports Deadline.
It is not the first time that he is working on a television series. Recently he acted as executive producer for the horror series Wayward Pines. In 2019 his next film, entitled Glass, will be released, which is a sequel to both Unbreakable and Split.
Currently, there are several series for Apple in the making, including a project by La La Land director Damien Chazelle and a drama with Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston in the lead roles.
