Fans of the Fifty Shades films do not have to rely on the further participation of protagonist Jamie Dornan in a possible fourth film of the popular series.

The 35-year-old actor was a guest at the British ITV-program Lorraine and he did not really know how to get into the skin of Christian Gray once again. “Dakota Johnson and I, and especially I, are getting a bit too old for this.”

“I think this is the last film in the series, yes, I mean, there are three books that have been filmed, so if the writer does not come with a new book, then this seems to me the end of Fifty Shades,” said Dornan.

Dornan has gotten more sympathy over the years for his alter ego Christian Gray. “I like it better now than in the first film, frankly, he has changed and become a better version of himself.”

The third film in the series, Fifty Shades Freed , premieres this week in the Netherlands. In pre-sale, more than twenty thousand tickets have already been sold within 24 hours.
