Heather Locklear is not prosecuted for domestic violence. The actress is, however, accused of assaulting an agent and resistance on arrest, reports TMZ.
The police were at Locklear’s office last month after a big fight with her boyfriend. When agents tried to arrest the actress, she began to kick and hit.
The Melrose Place -star went according to TMZ also pretty rage at the police station. That is how she threatened agents.
Locklear and her friend would both have been drunk at the time of the argument. The 56-year-old actress, who previously had addictions, would currently stay in a clinic.
Misdemeanor
In concrete terms, the prosecutor’s decision means that the actress will not be prosecuted for a serious crime – a felony – but for minor offenses – misdemeanors.
