“I wish it was just me who tested positive, but it wasn’t, it was my whole family,” Dwayne said in an Instagram video.
Dwayne Johnson and his family tested positive for the new coronavirus (COVID-19), the star herself revealed on Instagram on Wednesday.
The 48-year-old actor shared that he and his wife, Lauren Hashian, and their daughters Jasmine, 4, and Tiana, 2, have been ill with the virus, and that the actor and his wife are particularly ill.
“Fortunately, now we feel better, he told the fans.”
“My wife Lauren and my two girls and I have all tested positive for COVID-19.”
“I could tell you that this has been one of the most challenging and difficult things that we have had to endure as a family, and for me personally as well.”
“Testing positive for COVID-19 is very different from overcoming unpleasant injuries, being evicted, or even being bankrupt, which I’ve been more than a few times” …
“And it’s because my number one priority is to always protect my family. And protect my children, my loved ones ”.
Johnson said he and his family contracted the contagious respiratory virus from family friends, who he said are “devastated” to have spread the virus without knowing it.
The Ballers star urged her fans to exercise extreme caution when interacting with others to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
“If you have family and friends at home, they know them, you trust them. They can be quarantined like you. Still you never know. You never know, ”he said.
“Don’t let your guard down, boost your immunity with antioxidants, vitamins, things from nature,” he added.
