Bill Gates is taking his fight against climate change to the printed page.
Doors is working on “How to Avoid a Climate Catastrophe,” Doubleday announced Thursday. The founder of Microsoft will give an overview of his ideas for achieving net greenhouse gas emissions, be it local, national or global action. Gates said in a statement that he wanted to help “build technologies, businesses and industries to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.”
On the Climate Change Summit of the United Nations last month, Gates announced that its foundation has been working with the World Bank and some European governments in the amount of $ 790 million to help millions of small farmers to adapt to climate change. The Gates Foundation has pledged $ 310 million.
“How to Avoid a Climate Catastrophe” is planned for the month of June 2020.
