Warner Bros. postpones the release of the superhero film The Batman to March 4, 2022, The Hollywood Reporter reports Tuesday.
The reason, according to the film website, lies in the corona crisis. Previously, The Batman , about the eponymous superhero, was scheduled for October 1, 2021.
Robert Pattinson plays the title role in The Batman . In September it was reported that the superhero movie admissions were stopped because the actor had the coronavirus incurred .
Warner Bros. will follow shortly after the film studio announced that it would postpone the science fiction film Dune from December 18 to probably October 2021. The new James Bond film No Time To Die was previously moved to the spring of 2021.
