Today, the World Health Organization said that the number of deaths recorded due to the emerging corona virus infection has decreased significantly during the last week.
The organization added, in a report published on its website: “Last week, 81 thousand new deaths were reported, which is 10% less compared to the previous week.”
In addition, the number of people who contracted Covid-19 disease decreased in the last week, by 16 percent compared to the index the previous week – about 2.7 million people.
At the same time, according to the organization’s data, the British, South African and Brazilian mutations continue to spread for this virus, which raises great concern.
The organization indicated that so far the British boom has been found in 94 countries, South Africa in 46 countries, and the Brazilian in 21 countries.
