Taylor Swift is one of the headliners of the 50th edition of the English music festival Glastonbury, from 24 to 28 June 2020.
After Paul McCartney was previously announced as the lead act of Saturday, the American singer confirms on Sunday via Twitter that she is the lead act on the closing Sunday evening of the festival.
“I am very excited to be able to tell you that I am the lead act on the 50th edition of Glastonbury!” “See you there!”
Diana Ross gives a performance on the same day as Swift. Rock band Aerosmith has also been confirmed for a performance at Glastonbury 2020.
Swift released her seventh album Lover in 2019 . This is the only album in 2019 of which more than 1 million ‘pure’ copies have been sold, meaning physical and digital albums, without counting streams.
