Today, September 26, 49-year-old Jennifer Lopez surprised fans with a new snapshot of Instagram, where she demonstrated the result of her training – in the photo the star is posing in a claret-tight dress with an open back. Recently, the singer only does that she is engaged in fitness, and together with the boyfriend – paparazzi constantly make their joint shots at the exit from the gym.

 

 
I feel like a super woman after today’s show. When I first started all this, I thought about God, 15 shows in 27 days – it’s a bit much. But I promised myself that instead of giving up, I will become even stronger. I will work and acquire the best form in my entire life. There were times when I was tired, there were travels, but I had to train wherever I could,

When I’m in New York, I’m dealing with David Kirsch. He’s an amazing coach. And when I come to Los Angeles, I work with Tracy Anderson. I like this balance. I like that they give me a completely different program with different approaches. I like how it affects my body.

Beloved Alex Rodriguez added that she has already performed three concerts and now feels happy, full of strength and grateful.
