Macpherson’s nighttime beauty routine is simple yet profound. She goes to bed with a smile, a happy heart, a night mask, and “no clothes, [just] my skin.” Emphasizing the importance of internal well-being, she highlighted the need to nourish the body from within, stating, “topical beauty only goes so far.”
Cognizant of her diet, Macpherson avoids caffeine and ensures her last meal is consumed early in the evening. She also indulges in a cup of hot chocolate before bedtime for relaxation.

“Wellness is really important to my physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being,” she shared.
