Six more charges of sexual abuse have been filed in Los Angeles court against convicted film producer Harvey Weinstein, the prosecutor announced Friday.
The charges come from two victims, who say the incidents took place in Los Angeles more than a decade ago. A new complaint is said to be about an alleged incident at a Beverly Hills hotel between September 2004 and September 2005.
Weinstein, 68, is also accused of raping another woman on two separate occasions in November 2009 and November 2010 at a Beverly Hills hotel.
Weinstein was convicted of rape and sexual assault for 23 years in March this year, but charges have continued against the fallen film producer ever since. There are currently seven cases of five victims against him.
If Weinstein is found guilty of all charges, he faces a 140-year prison sentence. A new hearing is scheduled for December 11.
