American actor Chris Noth has been charged with sexual assault. Two women (aged 40 and 31) independently decided to contact The Hollywood Reporter and share their story.

The two women were moved to do so by And Just Like That… , the sequel series to the world-famous Sex and the City that brought Noth back into the limelight. In both series, the 67-year-old actor plays the role of Mr. Pig.

One incident took place in 2004, the other in 2015. Zoe, the pseudonym of the woman who claims to have been abused by Noth 17 years ago, worked for a company that had many celebrities as customers and thus got to know Noth. They agreed. During one of the encounters, the actor allegedly raped her.

Lily, the pseudonym of the woman Noth met in 2015, worked in the VIP section of a New York nightclub. The two got to talking and Noth invited Lily, who she said had drunk too much alcohol, to his apartment. There he would have abused the situation and raped her.

“These allegations are false,” Noth said in a statement. “‘No’ always means ‘no’; I never cross that line. The meetings with these women took place by mutual consent. I have no idea why they are uttered now, but what I do know: I did not assault these women. ”

Noth starred in dozens of films throughout his career. In addition to his role in Sex and the City , the actor is also known for Law & Order and The Good Wife . He has been with actress Tara Lynn Wilson for 20 years, whom he married in 2012. They have two sons together, ages thirteen and one.
