The director put together a dream team for the main roles.
Deadline reports that 77-year-old Robert De Niro, 66-year-old John Malkovich and 30-year-old Machine Gun Kelly will star in the action-packed drama Wash Me In The River. The film will be directed by Randall Emmett, formerly the producer of The Irishman. The film’s description reads.
The plot of the film focuses on a recovering drug addict who hates drug dealers due to the death of his fiancée. He seeks to destroy them all. But two policemen are following him.

Production of the film starts in November in Georgia and Puerto Rico. Another rapper may join the cast. Quavo is currently discussing its involvement in the project. Emmett said about the work ahead:
I am very excited to be working with Bob again after many collaborations, including Irishman, as a producer. I am grateful that he now supports me as a director. Colson (Colson Baker – real name Machine Gun Kelly) has always been my number one starring role for me, and John has been perceived as an icon since childhood. Filming both of them with Bob is a dream come true.
At the moment, Randall Emmett is finishing shooting Midnight in the Switchgrass in Puerto Rico with Bruce Willis, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly.
