Reality star Teairra Mari complains 50 Cent for revenge porn. The rapper would have posted explicit photos of her on Instagram after she ended her relationship with a friend of his.
Teairra Mari has engaged lawyer Lisa Bloom, who previously assisted Mischa Barton and Blac Chyna in their revenge porn cases.
In a press conference at the Bloom office Thursday, according to ABC, the Love & Hip Hop star told her that she recently broke her relationship with Akbar Abdul-Ahad after she found out that he was cheating on her. Abdul-Ahad had her Instagram password and placed explicit photos and a sex video on her account.
When Mari removed the posts, Abdul-Ahad’s good friend 50 Cent spread one of the photos through his account. “50 Cent has 18 million followers, so I was devastated”, according to the reality star and musician.
“To make matters worse, he did not show remorse or respect when Instagram removed the picture, placed another picture and complained about censorship.” Mari reported to the police on Thursday against both her ex and the rapper. Revenge is a crime in the state of California.
50 Cent responded to Instagram on Thursday by posting a photo of themselves with lawyer Gloria Allred, the mother of Lisa Bloom. “Oh Lisa, stop it, do not let me tell this to your mother,” he wrote.
