Mj Rodriguez will star alongside Maya Rudolph in a new Apple comedy series, Variety writes .
Rodriguez, best known for her role as Blanca in the multi-Emmy Award-winning series Pose , takes the role of Sofia. She is a hard-working woman at the top of a non-profit organization funded by millionaire Molly (Rudolph).
The name of the new series is not yet known, but the working title is Loot . It is also unclear when the series will be released.
In addition to Pose, the thirty-year-old Rodriguez was seen in Nurse Jackie and Luke Cage .
