Pornstar Stormy Daniels sues President Trump because a silent contract about an alleged affair between the two would not be valid.
Daniels, who is really named Stephanie Clifford, says that Trump never signed his contract. The lawyer of the actress tweeted a link to the contract. There you can see that two places where Trump should have signed under a pseudonym have been left blank.
Earlier today, we filed this complaint seeking a ct order voiding the alleged “hush” agreement between our client S. Clifford aka Stormy Daniels and Donald Trump. https://t.co/upa9u10MqR

Lawyer
Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, previously admitted that he had paid the actress $ 130,000 from his own pocket. Stormy Daniels now wants the judge to declare the silence contract invalid.
For example, she can stop Trumps lawyer Michael Cohen from threatening a lawsuit if she reveals something about the affair she would have had with Trump. According to her, Cohen is still bothering her to silence her.
Affair
The affair would have taken place a few years before the presidency of Trump. Because during the campaign several women with their stories about Trump stepped forward, Cohen contacted Daniels to prevent that she would also tell her story. According to him, he did so on his own initiative and Trump knew nothing about the deal.
The affair would have occurred just after the birth of Barron, the now eleven-year-old son he has with his wife Melania. The president has previously denied that he had anything with the porn star. Stormy Daniels has never withdrawn her claim.
