Oprah Winfrey will be making a new talk show from July 30 as part of her contract with Apple TV +, the streaming service reports via Twitter on Monday evening . The first episodes of The Oprah Conversation are about racism.
The first episode of The Oprah Conversation is titled How to Be an Antiracist , after the book by Winfrey’s first guest Abram X. Kendi. This episode can be seen for free, the following episodes of the remotely recorded talk show must be paid.
Later guests in The Oprah Conversation include activist Emmanuel Acho and Bryan Stevenson, founder of the Equal Justice initiative.
In June, Winfrey broadcast a two-part discussion program on race relations in the United States through its own channel OWN. In 2018, it was announced that the presenter entered into a multi-year partnership with Apple.
