“It was one of the most terrible experience in my life. I still have nightmares”
The authorities of the United States decided to ban the abortion for more than six weeks (during this period, the fetus’s heart begins to beat). This decision caused an uproar among women, protest supported by many celebrities. For example, Mila Jovovich called the bill “draconian” and shared her tragic story on Instagram. The actress admitted that two years ago she had to have an emergency abortion.
“I was 4.5 months pregnant and was just on the set in Eastern Europe. I started a preterm birth, and I said that I must be conscious throughout the procedure. It was one of the most terrible experiences in my life. I still have nightmares, ”Mila shared her memories.
She said that after this incident she fell into one of the worst depressions in her life.
“I took a break in my career and isolated myself from society for several months to be strong for my two children. I started working in the garden, started going to the gym, eating healthy food, not taking antidepressants.

“Abortion is a nightmare at best. No woman wants to go through this. But we must fight for our rights, for receiving everything we need for our security, ”added Mila.
Recall that now Mila Jovovich, along with her husband Paul Anderson, has two daughters : 11-year-old Eva and four-year-old Dashiel.
