Mel Gibson was hospitalized after testing positive for Covid-19
Mel Gibson was reportedly hospitalized with a coronavirus in Los Angeles.
The Daily Telegraph has reported that the actor and director, 64, spent a week in the Los Angeles hospital after he was diagnosed with the virus months ago.
In a statement to the publication, Gibson’s representative confirmed: “He tested positive in April and spent a week in the hospital.”
He has been reported to have been treated with the drug Remdesivir during his hospital stay and has tested negative for the virus several times since his discharge.
