Lily-Rose Depp and Timothy Chalamet presented in Venice their film “King” – the story of the wayward heir to the English crown, who, after the death of his tyrant father, will end the war that he started and become a worthy monarch. Joel Edgerton and Robert Pattinson also starred in the film, which will be available on Netflix from November 1. The latter, unfortunately, missed the premiere, but Lily-Rose and Timothy, who are connected by an off-screen novel, pleased the fans with a rare joint release.
At the film’s press conference, the director made it clear to the audience that the audience is waiting for a fascinating picture in which there is a place for both transferring real historical events to the screen and screen versions of elements from Shakespeare’s play.
