Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett will give a benefit concert on September 30 to promote their collaborative album Love for Sale , which will be released October 1. The one-off performance will be broadcast online.
A special pop-up jazz theater is being set up in two major shopping centers in London where fans can watch and listen to the concert’s stream.
Fans who want to attend can register for free online or at the fan zones themselves. A portion of the concert’s proceeds will benefit Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation and Bennett’s Exploring the Arts Foundation.
Love for Sale has been announced as the last work of 95-year-old Bennett, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease. The album, a tribute to composer Cole Porter, features both solos and duets by Lady Gaga and Bennett.
