Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole are both on the bill of the annual Jingle Bell Ball of the British radio station Capital FM. The former One Direction singer and the former Girls Aloud singer are not programmed on the same day.
“I have stayed away too long and I am happy to be back”
Liam and Cheryl announced at the end of June that their relationship had gone down after two years. Together they have a son of nineteen months, named Bear.
Liam Payne performs annually at the Jingle Bell Ball in the O2 in London. This year he is in the line-up for the show of Saturday 8 December. Other artists performing on Saturday are Rita Ora, Ellie Goulding and Halsey. Cheryl Cole will perform a day later on Sunday, December 9, just like Jason Derulo, Jess Glynne and Clean Bandit. For Cheryl the show at Jingle Bell Ball is a comeback. “I have stayed away too long and I am happy to be back”, she says.
On Friday 9 November she will release her first single in three years. The title is Love Made Me Do It. To draw attention to that, the singer has deleted all her photos on Instagram. In its place Tuesday has posted a fragment from her new video clip.
