Eddie Murphy has asked his pregnant friend Paige Butcher, with whom he has a relationship since 2012, to marry.
That confirms the actor’s spokesperson to Us Weekly .
Rumors about a possible engagement started earlier this week when Butcher was seen with a big diamond ring in Los Angeles.
The 57-year-old Murphy and the 39-year-old Butcher expect their second child in December. For the comedian, who was previously married to Nicole Mitchell, it will be his tenth offspring.
