Demi Lovato (29) believes that we should no longer call aliens ‘aliens’. The musician thinks that is a derogatory term, she tells the Australian ‘Pedestrian TV’.
“I learned that recently”
In the new program Unidentified, Demi takes a road trip with a number of others in search of evidence of UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Demi also talks about ‘the biggest misunderstanding about aliens’: “What I really hate is when people say they have evil intentions and come here to take over our planet. If there is something in the universe that would want to then it would have already happened.”
They therefore believe that ‘we’ should stop calling extraterrestrial life ‘aliens’, “Because that’s always a derogatory term. I learned that recently.” And what is a correct name? “Let’s call them ETs!”
