The legal team of Bill Cosby may call Margo Jackson as a witness in the abuse case against the fallen comedian. In case of previous treatment of the case last year, a testimony of the woman was still refused.

Jackson is a former colleague of Andrea Constand, the woman who accuses Cosby of drugging and abusing her. Constand would have told her once that she could earn a lot of money by accusing a familiar person of sexual abuse.

The judge in the case is according to news agency Reuters, the also claims that the defense shows evidence of a sum of money that Cosby paid to Constand. Just like Jackson’s testimony, this should support the story of Cosby’s lawyers that Constand made up the abuse to become rich.

The selection of jury members in the case continued on Tuesday. Eventually, seven people were admitted to the jury, which eventually had to be twelve-headed. The judges are isolated from the rest of the world during the trial. This means that they may only have contact with each other, not read newspapers or watch television and have no access to the internet.
