Michelle MacLaren should make the action movie.
Cowboy Ninja Viking, the new film with Chris Pratt, seemed slightly compromised given the total absence of news about the project since August 2017. But big surprise, the film has finally found its director in the person of Michelle MacLaren, who has already worked on episodes of The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones.
The action film is in development since 2014, but should finally see the light of day next year, as the studio announced the US release date for June 28, 2019.
From comics by AJ Lieberman and Riley Rossmo, Cowboy Ninja Viking tells how an elite unit of super-soldiers is created with patients with personality disorders. They then become triplets: people able to mobilize three personalities, who live together in their spirit. When the team collapses, several members become hitmen.
