Vince Gilligan’s TV show Breaking Bad is going to get a sequel with a two-hour movie.
Nobody had seen it coming, but Vince Gilligan, the creator of Breaking Bad, is working like a madman on a feature film adaptation (more? Prequel? Spin-off?). In writing, in production, and certainly in production, Gilligan is still very secretive about this project. We do not know yet if the American AMC channel is involved and especially if the film will be released in the cinema or directly on an SVoD platform. Still, production will begin next month in New Mexico. Obviously, the film will run well in the world of Breaking Bad and will feature the escape of a kidnapped man and his quest for freedom.
