The lawsuit that Blac Chyna (32) has filed against the Kardashians continues. A judge has rejected a request from the famous television family to dismiss the case. “Chyna is overjoyed to get her time in court,” her lawyer told the New York Post.
The former model, who shares a child with ex Rob Kardashian, has sued her former in-laws after canceling the reality series Rob & Chyna in 2017. Chyna claims that decision was made because the Kardashians, who run a long-running reality series on the same channel E !, had interfered. She also accuses the reality stars of, among other things, assault and libel.
The Kardashians deny and E! stated that the series ended after a season because the reality between Rob and Chyna was over. They tried to get the case dismissed, but a judge said Chyna was able to provide enough evidence to allow the case to proceed.
