Billie Eilish has once again teamed up with Nike, this time creating her own version of the iconic Air Force 1 sneaker. The 20-year-old singer calls it ‘an honor to make this classic something her own’. On social media, Billie gave a sneak peek of the shoe, which bears the name Mushroom.

“It was an honor to do”

“I’m so excited to finally be able to share my own Air Force 1 and the collection that goes with it. It was an honor to do and I can’t wait for you to have them. The collection will be available in my online store from April 24th and on the Nike SNKRS app from the 25th,” said Billie, who has opted for a beige, mushroom-colored complexion and multiple layers of Velcro on top of the laces.

The sneakers are sold for about 150 euros per pair and are made of sustainable materials, something the singer finds important. ‘The biggest challenge with this project was to keep the classic element of the shoe but to give it my own twist. That’s why the materials we used are so good, that’s something that really suits me and is contemporary.’

The accompanying clothing line is completely in style with Billie’s beloved ‘oversized look’.

Billie already made two pairs of sneakers with the brand last year: a pair of lime green Air Jordan 1 and a taupe pair of Air Jordan 15.
