The annual costume institute ball would not be complete without the appearance of Blake Lively among the guests. The 30-year-old actress did not take long to wait and for the ninth time became a member of Met Gala.
This year, Blake came without Ryan Reynolds’s husband, but with designer Christian Loubouten, who helped the star create a vivid image for this evening. Together with the jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, he put into practice a bold idea, for the implementation of which it took more than 600 hours of work.

The dress and accessories of the actress designers were encrusted with emeralds, diamonds and other precious stones.
This is my favorite dress that I’ve ever prepared to go on the red carpet,” Blake said of her dress for Met Gala 2018 in an interview with Vogue.
