Arnold Schwarzenegger (70) was operated on Thursday by his heart.
Relatives of the actor and former governor of California tell TMZ that he is hospitalized to have his pulmonary valve replaced.
This happened earlier in 1997, but the valve had to be replaced at some point. The new valve was placed via a catheter.
Schwarzenegger’s condition is stable, according to the insiders. There was a team of surgeons ready if there were complications in the operation, which was called “experimental”.
