Thousands of fans of the singer had to evacuate Madison Square Garden because of the power outage that paralyzed part of Manhattan Saturday night.
Express concert for Jennifer Lopez . The giant power cut that plunged part of New York into the dark Saturday night did not spare the singer’s show at Madison Square Garden. The lights suddenly went out in the middle of a number, and thousands of fans had to evacuate the place.

According to Fox News , the incident happened after three songs. Jennifer Lopez quickly reacted on Twitter, assuring in a video that another concert will take place:
“I’m devastated and my heart is broken. (…) I just want you to know you’ll get your money’s worth, we’ll come back and we’ll do an amazing show for you.” I’m sorry it’s When we arrived, we could not do anything and Madison Square Garden handled the situation very well. “
The good news arrived a few hours later: in a second video , the singer of Get Right announced that the stadium was trying to reprogram the concert on Monday night.

Jennifer Lopez is currently crossing the United States as part of her It’s My Party Tour. The day before, during a first concert at Madison Square Garden, she gave a lap dance to football player Carli Lloyd to celebrate the victory of the United States at the Women’s World Cup.
The New York power outage lasted a few hours, blocking concert halls, elevators, subways, traffic signs … Even Times Square found itself partially plunged into darkness.
