Two new versions of the flagship.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 + will have made noise at the MWC 2018. Only small problem: sales do not seem to follow. The fault of a model not much compared to the Galaxy S8 marketed a year before. Why separate from a paid phone at a golden price for a new one without real differences? The Korean firm, still number one sales in terms of past models, still seems to want to revive his last born. For that, the company thinks to endow the Galaxy S9 and S9 + with a storage of 128 and 256 GB.
More substantial storage
Samsung seems to want to bet on size to attract potential buyers. The company will soon release versions 128 GB and 256 GB of storage for its Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 + – which currently offer only 64 GB maximum. As previously explained, it is the disappointing sales of the flagship that pushed the giant to market these two phones while the Galaxy Note 9 is delayed. Comparatively, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S9 are very similar – in terms of functionality, design, and so on. No need for a user having the first to buy the second.
Only in the USA will the 128 and 256 GB versions be available – for the moment. An output in France could be expected: after all, fans of Samsung are numerous on the territory! Note that these phones offering a larger storage space will still be able to benefit from a microSD card. Fare level, we find the Galaxy S9 128 GB at 770 dollars and 820 dollars for the 256 GB. As for the Galaxy S9 +, it will take $ 890 for the 128 GB and 940 dollars for the 256 GB. You’ll understand: shell out more will be needed to get these phones – surprising? In terms of technical features, nothing changes for the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 +.
