The third season of the television series The Last Kingdom finally has a release date.
The adaptation of Bernard Cornwell’s bestsellers will be officially back by November 19th. In this season 3 of The Last Kingdom, King Alfred’s dream of reuniting kingdoms will be threatened by endless Danish attacks. While Alfred knows that Uthred is the only warrior able to stop these attacks, their fragile relationship will break … Uthred is going to have to make a tough decision as something bad gets ready. For the first time in the history of the series, fans will be able to watch the ten episodes of the new season at once (or one by one as before).
Ola Rapace (Bloodhair Danish warrior), Thea Sofie Loch Næss (Skade prophetess), Timothy Innes (Edward, the heir of King Alfred) and Magnus Bruun (Cnut) will join the cast of the historical drama already composed of Alexander Dreymon, David Dawson, Ian Hart, Tobias Santelmann, Harry McEntire, Eva Birthistle, Eliza Butterworth, Emily Cox, Joseph Millson and Simon Kunz.
