Justin Trudeau with his family, his wife Sophie Gregoire and three children, is on an official visit to India. The Prime Minister of Canada will stay in the country for more than a week, and at that time an extensive cultural and business program is planned: meetings with local businessmen, cultural and political figures and, of course, the head of the country – Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
However, one of the first points of the program was the visit to the famous Taj Mahal mosque. It turns out that the 46-year-old Trudeau had been here many years before:
I was just as much as Xavier (the oldest son of Trudeau, 11 years old – Ed.) When I first saw the Taj Mahal 35 years ago. It’s great to be back here with my family on our first day in India!
Of course, a traditional photo was made for memory – against a background of a historical monument (and no tourists in the background!). The next stop on the way is the temple Hindu complex of Akshardham in Delhi, a visit to Gandhinagar and other cities. And to visit local shrines, Trudeau and the family chose ethnic dresses. First Lady of Canada, for example, wore a yellow dress-sari Indian designer Anita Dongre – dress in this fashion we have seen and Kate Middleton in 2016. Justin Turdo also dressed in national dress (and from ridiculous socks at this time, apparently, had to refuse).
The fans are delighted, we also like it. We are waiting for more vivid photos from this tour of the Canadian politician!
