Mark Lanegan Screaming Tees' Frontman and former Queens of the stone age member passed away at the age of 57. Mark Lanegan during his musical career collaborated with many of the musician including Kurt Cobain, PJ Harvey, Isobel Campbell and Moby. Last year Lanegan was hospitalized fro months due to covid and due to severe situation was put into medically-induced coma. As per the statement provided to media it was said: "Our beloved friend Mark Lanegan passed away this morning at his home in Killarney, Ireland. "A beloved singer, songwriter, author, and musician he was 57 and is survived by his wife Shelley." Mark Lanegan was bon in the state of Washington in 1964, he joined Screaming Trees in 80s and eight studio albums were produced by him until the split of group in 2000. In 2000 Mark Lanegan first appeared in Queens of the Stone Age and landed his voice and song writing talent to many songs. His breakout album was Songs fro the Deaf. Lanegan formed The Gutter Twins in colobration with Afghan Whigs vocalist Greg Dulli and recorded many albums. "Sing Backwards and Deep" a memoir was published in 2020 which included everything "petty crime, addiction to touring, homelessness and the tragic deaths of his closest friends" - among them Nirvana's Kurt Cobain and Alice in Chains' Layne Staley.
