Jim Carrey’s book publisher postpones the release date of his novel Memoirs and Misinformation to October 6 due to the corona crisis, The Hollywood Reporter reports Monday. The actor and comedian’s book was originally scheduled to be released on May 5.
All tour dates to promote the book have been postponed until further notice.
Memoirs and Misinformation was written by Carrey together with author Dana Vachon. The book is described as a semi-autobiography about “the destruction of a person’s character”.
The 58-year-old Canadian Carrey won two Golden Globe Awards in his career, for his acting work on The Truman Show and Man on the Moon . In 2013 he published the children’s book How Roland Rolls . He is also active as a painter.
