Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle will soon withdraw from the publicity. By the end of the year, the couple wants to have time off for their family. A source reports this to CNN on Sunday.
The scheduled break should start in mid-November, once all current appointments have been completed. It is not yet known how long the prince and his wife will withdraw.
Markle gave birth at the beginning of May to a boy, Archie. In the documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, which was broadcast on Sunday evening at the British ITV, the princess talks about her fresh motherhood and the pressure that has fallen on her shoulders. Her husband also discusses the impact that the death of his mother, Princess Diana, has caused.
Prince Harry recently accused several British tabloids. After announcing steps against Mail On Sunday for spreading a personal letter from his wife, he also announced that he would like to prosecute Daily Mirror and The Sun for eavesdropping on his phone.
Prince Harry: “I will not let myself be bothered”
Prince Harry made a comparison with the death of his mother, who died in 1997 after a chase by paparazzi. “I have seen with my own eyes what happens when someone is no longer treated as a person. I lost my mother and I now see how my wife falls victim to this. I don’t let myself be bothered by playing the same game with the media “said the prince in the program. “Every time I see a camera, every time I hear a camera shutter, every time I see a flash, it brings me back to that moment.”
Meghan Markle was warned in advance by British friends about the paparazzi, she says in the program about the time she had just met Prince Harry. She adds that she has underestimated the effect. “I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I expected that it would be fair. If people say things that are untrue, even if they are told that they are untrue and still allowed to do it – no one in the world would okay. That’s different from lying under a magnifying glass, “says the princess in Harry & Meghan: An African Journey.
