Phoebe Waller-Bridge is from the new Amazon series Mr. & Mrs. Smith stepped. The British actress had insurmountable differences of opinion with Donald Glover, the series’ executive producer. The management of Waller-Bridge has confirmed this to the American magazine People .
Amazon also confirms the departure of the Fleabag actress. “Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Donald Glover are no longer working together on this series by mutual consent.”
The streaming service also announced that the role Waller Bridge would play will be recast. It is planned that the shooting of the series will start next year.
mr. & Mrs. Smith is to be the TV version of the 2005 film of the same name. In this film, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt played a married couple who work as hitmen, but both for a different agency.
Glover announced in February of this year that he had landed Waller-Bridge for the role.
