The rapper has published two excerpts from her documentary “Queen”.

Nicki Minaj will be releasing a documentary about her life called “Queen” soon. In the meantime, she has posted two video clips on Instagram. In the first sequence, she talks about her childhood marked by a violent father.  “I remember when my mother let my father be violent with her (…) When I was little, I went in front of her mother and I tried to protect her, maybe some people will describe me as someone ‘One of aggressive, or mean, because I have sworn since that time that no man will abuse me, shout at me or treat me like that,’ says the rapper, in tears.Despite this promise, Nicki Minaj had an abusive relationship with a man. “I let this person belittle me so low that I did not even remember who I was,” she explains in a second video. “I was afraid to go to the studio, I did not believe in myself”.
