Mila Kunis had some feedback for Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher regarding their recent promotional appearances for their new romantic comedy “Your Place or Mine.”
Reese Witherspoon revealed that Mila Kunis expressed her thoughts on their red carpet awkwardness in an email to her and her husband.
Despite the difference in height, with Witherspoon being 5-foot-1 and Kutcher over six feet tall, the two leads have been having fun promoting their Netflix film at various events.
During a photo call for the movie at the Four Seasons Hotel in LA, Kutcher playfully crouched down to Witherspoon’s height, and their body language in other red carpet photos highlights their height difference.
The two actresses have a long-standing friendship in real life, so Kunis’s comments were well-received by Reese Witherspoon. Additionally, Reese enjoyed the experience of working with Ashton Kutcher.
Reese Witherspoon said on the Today show that it was enjoyable to get to know Ashton Kutcher as she has known Mila Kunis for such a long time and considers her a close friend.
Ashton Kutcher shared in a recent interview with Esquire that Mila Kunis, his costar from “That ’70s Show” and wife, called him an “a——” after they started dating. He remembered her saying this in reference to his behavior following his separation from Demi Moore. When asked if he was indeed an a——, Kutcher recalls Kunis confirming and saying “Yeah, you were an a— for a good two years.”
Ashton Kutcher expressed his gratitude for Mila Kunis, whom he perceives as being cooler than himself. He revealed that the acceleration of their relationship was due to mutual admiration and the understanding that they didn’t need each other. “Your Place or Mine” can be streamed on Netflix starting February 10th.
