McDonald’s (McDonald’s) restaurant chain in New Zealand will replace toys in Happy Meal sets for books written by Roald Dahl, the Independent writes .

The restaurants will feature six books by the author, including Willy Wonka, the girl Matilda and the “big and kind giant”. The composition of the sets will change every week. In total, from January 24 to March 6, McDonald’s plans to issue 800 thousand publications. The purpose of the action – to cause children’s interest in reading.

Last September, McDonald’s decided to  abandon the use of artificial preservatives , flavors and colors in seven burgers from its menu. Artificial preservatives are also removed from the composition of the buns, sauce and cheese.
