Harvey Weinstein (68) is said to have deteriorated to such an extent that his lawyer fears he will die in prison if he is not released. That said one of his lawyers Friday during a hearing about a possible bail for the fallen film producer.

“The defendant is almost blind, he is not mobile and he is on 20 kinds of medication”

Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year sentence in New York for rape and sexual abuse. The film producer denies and appealed. In the meantime, Weinstein should be released on bail, his lawyers asked the judge.
