Italian fashion brand Liu Jo takes Kendall Jenner (25) to court. The company says the model has not fulfilled her contract, writes ‘TMZ’ based on court documents.
Liu Jo signed Jenner for two assignments in early 2019, for which she would receive 1.5 million dollars. The reality star appeared in the spring and summer campaign of 2020. However, the second photo shoot, for the autumn and winter collection, did not come. Her management says that is because of the corona crisis.
The fashion house then wanted to make a new appointment, but Jenner is said to have rejected all alternative dates and locations. According to Liu Jo, there is clearly a breach of contract and a lawsuit is needed. After the first shoot, Jenner is said to have already received $1.3 million in her account.
Jenner’s management tells TMZ that it has done everything possible to meet its obligations and believes that there is no basis for the lawsuit.
