The singer honestly told how she lost weight, although she couldn’t do without diet and exercise.

Kelly Osbourne told how she managed to lose almost 40 kilograms and transform herself tremendously: she was on a diet, went in for sports, had stomach surgery, and her face changed after treatment of the temporomandibular joint.

I had problems with the temporomandibular joint. And I got injections into the jaw, which made the lower part of my face look thinner. Everyone immediately noticed this and began to say that I had lost weight. The jaw has radically changed my face! Why didn’t I know before that this is possible?

– said Kelly on the Hollywood Raw with Dax Holt and Adam Glyn podcast.

Osborne’s daughter also noted that she has been playing sports for two years.

One day I woke up and realized that I was being discussed in all the newspapers. I received literally hundreds of messages. During the day, I was once called out seven times. But I refused everyone

– said Kelly and talked about the main operation that contributed to her weight loss – sleeve gastrectomy.

I don’t care what they say. I did it and I am proud of it. I underwent sleeve gastrectomy. This changes the shape of the abdomen. I did it almost two years ago. And I’ll never, never lie about it, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done

But she warned that this is a serious step and a very long process:

If you don’t exercise and eat just about anything, you put on weight. And this operation guides you. If anyone wants to do something like that for themselves, think about it carefully. I spent a whole year preparing myself for the operation. It affects hormones and stops food cravings, and for me, emotional dependence on food was a big problem. And I stopped drinking, which helped a lot, now I am not drawn to alcohol at all. But this [operation] does not solve all problems, and it is not a quick process at all,
