This is first time that Angelina Jolie uttered something regarding the split from Brad Pitt since she filed for divorce.
During an interview with BBC Angelina Spoke about her split and she said that it had been a “Difficult” time for her family.
When she was asked about this she said to BBC I don’t want to say very much about that, except to say it was a very difficult time and… and we are a family and we will always be a family, and we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family for it,”
Anglina gave this interview during her stay in Cambodia for her movie “First They Killed my Father”. Currently Anglina Jolie is mother of six trying to cope by giving focus to her children.
She said “Many, many people find themselves in this situation,” she said. “MyMy whole, my family… we’ve all being through a difficult time. My focus is my children, our children… and my focus is finding this way through. We are and forever will be a family. I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer.”
Angelina Jolie firstly visited Cambodia in 2001 during her movie “Tomb Raider” and she also adpoted her son Maddox from Cambodia.
Her new upcoming movie is based on a book of the same name by Loung Ung, she left the country at the age of 5, due to communist regime which was led by PolPot in the late years of 1970s.
She also said in her interview that this movie might spoke more about the genocide due to which 2 million people died and most of them died due to starvation.
she also said that i am not hear because i am a director of the movie, i came here because when i came here in 2001 i fell in love with this country and with its people and learned about its history.
