The burglar who, in April last year, invaded the home of the American superstar Taylor Swift to spend his night on the couch, was sentenced to six months in prison. This reports the New York Post .
The 22-year-old Roger Alvarado from Florida stood before the court in New York yesterday and confessed during the session. Alvarado used a ladder to gain access to the singer’s home in New York. He took a shower and fell asleep in the living room. He was then awakened by the police and security officers from Swift.
Earlier he had already been arrested for throwing a shovel in front of the front door of the pop star. He had already received a restraining order. According to the newspaper, Alvarado plans to return to Florida after his imprisonment. He also has to follow a psychological course.
