A security guard who worked for Kris Jenner, 64, in 2017 and 2018, says he was a victim of racism and sexism during that time, and that Kris regularly made unwelcome advances. The reality star emphatically denies that.
According to Marc McWilliams, in his time as the bodyguard of the mother of the Kardashian / Jenner clan, a pattern in Kris’s behavior emerged that included “unwanted sexual advances and other misconduct,” he says in court papers. He states in it that he has raised the behavior at both Kris and the security company he worked for, but that nothing was done about it.
For a time, the man also worked for Kourtney Kardashian, Kris’s oldest daughter. Because he also accuses the family of violating a number of labor laws, she is mentioned as a party to the papers. However, Kourtney is not charged with sexual misconduct.
Kris’s lawyer tells American media that the allegations are “completely out of the blue”. He calls the allegations absurd and clearly fabricated and argues that it will not be difficult to prove otherwise. The family counsel also claims that McWilliams no longer works for Kris for a completely different reason: the security company would have thanked him for services rendered after he fell asleep in his car several times during his shifts.
