Great panic among fans of Britney Spears (39), after the singer apparently deactivated her Instagram account out of nowhere. The singer has since reassured her fans via Twitter. “It’s okay folks, I’m taking a break from social media to celebrate my engagement. I’ll be back soon!’ said Britney.
“No problem people”
Britney’s lawyer Mathew Rosengart confirms the news and reports that this choice was made by the singer herself. According to other insiders, it should therefore not be taken too seriously. “There are more celebrities who stop using social media for a while. Silence can be a very strong message, especially given what has happened around her in recent months. She is currently in a very happy phase and wants to enjoy it.”
Don’t worry folks … just taking a little break from social media to celebrate my engagement 💍😉 !!!! I’ll be back soon 💋🌹✨

Britney’s last post, before the Instagram account was deactivated, was a clear message about the curatorship. “What we need is for children to grow up relying on their own authority, rather than blindly giving power to outside authorities. I grew up in a world where everything was controlled by someone. I hope this message gets to people.” that have been manipulated by the system. I have had to wait over 13 years for my freedom. Again Team #FreeBritney, you are amazing. I love you, God bless!”.
Spears got engaged this week to boyfriend Sam Asghari, with whom she has been dating for 5 years. The singer wrote that the engagement was “worth the wait.”
