The feud of the former spouses has reached a new level.
David Killaki, owner of Performance Allison Transmissions, the company that serviced Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, spoke about the incident. In particular, it was he who was engaged in the vintage Mustang Heard. David recalls that after the divorce, the actress became extremely irritable and aggressive, and her father regularly threatened Depp with physical violence. At the request of lawyers, Johnny Killaki formally filed his claims. These documents were at the disposal of the American edition of The Blast.
In a statement, David recalls his last meeting with Amber, when she did not want to pay him for the work done, insisting that her ex-husband should reimburse the costs, because of which she is not in the best financial condition:
She said that, according to the agreements, Depp should close all of her accounts, so if I want to be paid, I must send a check to him.
Killaki insists that Amber behaved inappropriately and insulted him in every possible way throughout the conversation, and also continued to do this by phone after the meeting was completed and the businessman refused to bill Depp. The next thing David had to deal with was the actress’s father. He behaved even more aggressively than his daughter.
